OSC bars trading by Sem-Tech executives
Article Abstract:
Semi-Tech Corp's top officials have been issued a temporary cease-trading order by the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) as they may have insider information that they failed to reveal. The officials who have been barred from trading stock in Semi-Tech and its subsidiaries, Singer Company NV and G.M. Pfaff AG, include CEO James Ting, officers and directors Frank Holmes, Chuck Tam, Douglas Davis and Kenneth Smith. The OSC issued the order as a result of the delayed filing of the company's financial statements for the year ended Mar 31, 1999.
