Ottawa plans to scatter seed money for startups

Ottawa had invested money in many projects but these projects have clogged up on the path of commercialization due to the lack of seed capital. The company now plans to provide new incentives for labor-sponsored funds that will invest in start-ups and the Business Development bank of Canada will provide the seed money.
