RIM success backfires

Research in Motion Ltd.'s Blackberry pagers have been disrupted by service problems related to an overload of the telecommunication company's system. Woodbridge, NJ-based Cingular Interactive L.P., which is RIM's partner, had underestimated the level of usage for RIM's paging operations.

Hummingbird soars on earnings forecast
