Resource for the goose
Article Abstract:
The Deutsche Bank is urging investors to buy resource shares and has issued a research paper asking clients to be alert, and not afraid, and that the commodity pricing trend for the medium term, defined as up to 2008, remains intact. There were four short corrections in resource share prices between July 2001 and January 2006, but valuations are not stretched currently, the US currency is not strong enough to threaten prices, global industrial production remains strong, and there are no drastic threats of intervention in China's economy.
