AGF post record quarterly profit

Toronto, Ont.-based AGF Management Ltd. has reported that it has earned $62.2 million in consolidated profits for the first quarter ended Feb. 28, 2001. AGF, which is the seventh-largest fund company in Canada, also reported consolidated revenue of $162.5 million for the same first quarter.
