California Softens Plan to Control Auto Emissions

The California Air Resources Board has revised its plan to control automobile emissions. Beginning with the 2009 models, the automobile industry would have eight years reduce emissions by 30 per cent.

Amtrak Pays Millions for Others' Fatal Errors
