The London-based container shipping company, CP Ships, disclosed that its newly elected chairman, Ray Miles improperly traded shares in May 2004, months before CP Ships revealed accounting discrepancies to the public. Mr. Miles and other executives are asked to repay gains reaped from the spring trades.
