U.S. Weighs Not Paying For All Uses Of Some Drugs
Article Abstract:
Medicare is considering denial of coverage of four unapproved cancer drugs. This could have further consequences for other drugs that elderly cancer patients use but are expensive and not approved by the FDA. The four drugs include Bexxar, Zevalin, Camptosar, and Eloxatin.
