Leo Strine, Vice-Chancellor of the Delaware Chancery Court has refused a request from Conrad Black's Hollinger Inc. to stop the sale of Telegraph Group Ltd. in London. Hollinger Inc., which is locked in a legal dispute with Chicago-based Hollinger International, has tried to block the sale, claiming that it is a bad strategic move to sell the prestigious British newspaper group.
