A major utilities organization in Ontario said that Montreal, Que.-based Hydro One Inc., which is engaged in a government privatization plan, will raise its rates after it goes public. The Association of Major Power Consumers has predicted an electric power rate hike for all electricity consumers in the province of Ontario.

Ontario Power plans fuel cell project
