Venture Seismic gets protection from creditors
Article Abstract:
Venture Seismic Ltd of Calgary, Alberta, and its wholly-owned division, Continental Holdings Ltd have been given by the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench until Mar 10, 1999, to develop a reoganization plan under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act. The two companies owe more than C$55 million to creditors including Zanett Lombardiers Ltd, Albera Treasury Branches, Northstar Trade Finance Inc and Royal Bank of Canada.
