What a no means: even if federalists win, Canada will change
Article Abstract:
The failure of the referendum for Quebecois independence will probably be close and will show that there is still strong support for Quebec nationalism. The results of a no vote would be the resignation of current government of Quebec and pressure for more support of French language and culture.
