Delivering political power to language minorities: voting, elections, and the rights of language minorities
Article Abstract:
The problems of immigrants and language minority voters (LMVs) for participation in elections are examined. The steps for improving the election process are discussed that would improve the services provided to voters and make delivery easier for election administrators while also strengthening the nonprofits that provide election-related services to these populations.

Dialogue and the administrator-mediator
Article Abstract:
The issue of conflict on intra-organizational, inter-organizational, and stakeholder disagreements among public administrators in public organizations are examined. These variables interfere with authentic dialogue. Administrative-mediation is viewed as a viable goal towards minimizing competition and maximizing cooperation.
