Article Abstract:

The problems of immigrants and language minority voters (LMVs) for participation in elections are examined. The steps for improving the election process are discussed that would improve the services provided to voters and make delivery easier for election administrators while also strengthening the nonprofits that provide election-related services to these populations.

The issue of conflict on intra-organizational, inter-organizational, and stakeholder disagreements among public administrators in public organizations are examined.
