Europe's strategy to curb weapons of mass destruction
Article Abstract:
This article addresses the international threat of terrorism and weapons of mass destruction. The author argues both are a threat to the entire world and maintains Europe must develop a strategy involving a legally binding regime to prevent the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.

Germany's problems compounded with the unification. Suddenly there were staggering economic and social burdens. Germany's position now is one of uncertainty. Policymakers and the government can help ease the burden by informing Germans the extent of the problems confronting them.

Is monetary union a German racket?

The German Deutschemark enjoys a high parity value compared with other European currencies. Germany's low inflation rate and steady economic growth contribute to this value. However, with Germany's unification, a high currency value can backfire on the encumbered economy.
