Federal service 2000: staff training and labor-management cooperation
Article Abstract:
An analysis of staff training and labor management cooperation is presented. The analysis focuses on federal government attempts to improve human capital development by applying labor-management collaboration. Content analysis of collective bargaining agreement samples was also considered. It is shown that such cooperation is at an early stage and needs time before successful application in training program development is achieved.
