International fairness and justice in addressing global climate change
Article Abstract:
Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development countries are exerting efforts to take a lead role in the the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. However, these countries seem to disagree on the rules regarding gas emissions in the future. This problem can be eliminated by agreeing upon the use of a traditional 'flat-rate' approach in the short run and a 'differentiated' method in the long run.
