Making money, avoiding disorder
Article Abstract:
The Hong Kong government will be able to maintain a high degree of autonomy from China. Hong Kong will continue its tradition of following the virtues of Chinese culture while assimilating the best that the West has to offer. This tradition, which has been responsible for Hong Kong's economic success, will continue as China and Hong Kong share the same objective of wealth creation for all Chinese. This commitment is reciprocated by the people of Hong Kong's overwhelming confidence that the Hong Kong government will succeed.
