Russia proposes energy initiative
Article Abstract:
The Russian President Vladimir Putin has called for a global energy initiative to provide safe sufficient energy by developing a new nuclear power-production technology. It is suggested that through such a plan the problems of global warming, radioactive waste and fissile material proliferation could be addressed.
