Ambassador Jaques Paul Klein, Principal Deputy High Representative for the Implementation of the Dayton Accords, Sarajevo, believes the aftermath of war in Kosovo will necessitate long-term support from the West to assure moral, political, and economic reforms. International support and the lessons learned from Bosnia will eventually return stability to the Balkans.
