The limits of electoral engineering
Article Abstract:
Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) considered, as troubled corners of Europe have become a test of the ability of outside experts and carefully designed institutions to overcome a legacy of intense ethnocommunal conflict. Parties perpetuate and exploit ethnically defined security dilemmas as enduring uncertainties of the country's political and economic future allows them to do so.

An " Arab" more than " Muslim" electoral gap
Article Abstract:
Non-Arab Muslim-majority countries tend to over perform gauging electoral competitiveness relative to economic development. The results show that Arab countries under perform gauging electoral competitiveness.
