Organizational behavior management: applications with professional staff
Article Abstract:
Organizational behavior management (OBM) is a reliable method for managing staff with developmental disabilities. An examination of studies conducted on OBM involving professional staff, indicated deficiencies in present research. Research gaps include studies on the social validity of staff acceptability of professional staff training and programs. There are also deficiencies on studies regarding the explicit utilization of participative management with professional staff rather than direct-service staff.
