Frequency of WISC-III and WAIS-R pairwise subtest differences
Article Abstract:
Research was conducted to examine the frequency distributions and descriptive statistics for the scaled score differences for all pairwise combinations of the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children - Third Edition (WISC-III) and the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale - Revised (WAIS-R) subtests. WISC-III and WAIS-R standardization sample data were used to obtain frequency tables for all pairwise subtest comparisons. Results indicate that both subtest scaled score comparisons are important in neuropsychological evaluations.
