MMPI-2 profiles of worker's compensation claimants who present with complaints of harassment
Article Abstract:
The study to distinguish among worker's compensation claimants with psychological problems in relation to work-related harassment and non-harassment complaints, reveals that the Harassment group is far ahead than the Non-harassment group on scale 6 of the MMPI-2. This signifies that the Harassment group is more oversensitive, suspicious, and angry than the other group. There is no proof that the Harassment group is more likely to overstate or maligner than the Non-harassment group.

The effects of description clarity and disorder type on MMPI-2 fake-bad validity indices
Article Abstract:
Participants provided with clear descriptions can avert fake bad validity indices for the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory more than participants with unclear character descriptions. The Fake and Fake bad scales give the best overall discrimination between authentic and simulated profiles though both the Fake-Bad scale and the F-K index are better equipped for more refined discriminations.
