Severe mental disorder as a basic commitment criterion for minors
Article Abstract:
Finnish adolescent and child psychiatrists were found to favor functional and developmental impairment, and patient-environment interactions, as criteria for involuntary treatment of minors, rather than using specific diagnostic categories.
