The confusion over psychotherapy (II): implications for forensic (correctional) practice
Article Abstract:
This article provides an assessment of forensic practice issues stemming from the history of psychopathy. The authors, focusing on antisocial personality disorder, examine the problems facing forensic corrections when someone is diagnosed as psychopathic and argue that psychopathy should be considered a separate personality disorder with specific guidelines as to how the disorder should be addressed.
