A traditional approach for global liquidity
Article Abstract:
When real estate becomes a freely traded commodity on stock exchanges worldwide, real estate investment will shoot upwards when portfolio managers can devote more than 70% of their portfolio such as stocks and mutual fund, instead of the usual 10% of their portfolio that is alloted for conventional private real estate investments. Short-term investors will also enter the market owing to the new liquidity which attracted only the middle and long-term investors before.
