Marshall's plan
Article Abstract:
It is important to realize that there is significant deprivation in parts of London, England, according to London Development Partnership (LDP) Chmn Sir Colin Marshall. Efforts must be made to provide employment and to train people in new skills if certain areas are to be regenerated. He admits that LDP will face significant challenges, but is determined that it will implement practical measures, rather than merely being a forum for discussion. He feels that the main focus of regeneration and reskilling should cover east London as a whole.

This time it's personal
Article Abstract:
It is vital to be feel inspired by your work, according to Nick Leslau, co-founder of new property investment company Prestbury with Nigel Wray. The two men hold a 34% stake in the company, which has market capitalization of 160 million pounds sterling following the purchase of a 103 million pounds sterling portfolio from MEPC. He does not feel that he and Wray can now achieve the same levels of growth that they did at Burford. This is because they are now older and less willing to take risks.
