Article Abstract:
Local authorities in the English counties of Dorset and South Wiltshire are being forced to consider the allocation of green belt land for housing development so that they can meet the government's housing quotas. The lack of brownfield sites is a serious problem and it is evident that there is a shortage of suitable development sites, forcing housebuilders to pay premium prices for land with planning permission.

Simple site lands nicely on its feet
Article Abstract:
LandSource's Groundbroker internet site lists residential land available for purchase in the South East of the UK. Some 60% of LandSource's land is placed on the site, with the rest being retained for one-to-one marketing.
