Companies that choose sites on the basis of a dynamic assessment have the chance to gain and dominate sites that have greater productivity and profitability. Dynamic modeling of a firm's Life Cycle Cost of Ownership plainly recognizes those sites with long-range competitive edges. Communities that provide solely conventional tax incentives and other up-front bonuses to lure new companies are inclined to neglect the opportunities.
