Property argues its case
Article Abstract:
The forthcoming UK Budget on November 28, 1995, is not expected to have any direct effect on the commercial property market. However, there are a number of suggestions as to what the industry would like to see. The property industry would like measures that would increase business confidence, leading to demand for more space. It is also hoped that there will not be a reduction in infrastructure spending as new construction orders are at their lowest since 1992.
