Highly-paid IT workers in the Thames valley are being targetted by leisure and retail operators hoping to keep them in the area after work is finished. Shopping complexes, restaurants, bars, cinemas and fitness centres are springing up, hoping to attract some of the youngest and best paid professionals in the country.
