The new Elephant Yard scheme in Kendal, England, will pull the traditional retail pitch northwards, according to Peill and Co.'s Peter Nicholson. The scheme is interesting multiples which need large units unavailable in the traditional retail pitch on Highgate. Elephant Yard is a joint venture between Richardson Developments and Cordwell Property.
