Merseyside stays upbeat
Article Abstract:
There is a good stock of industrial property in Liverpool, England, and the surrounding area. Local politicians are now actively seeking to work with the private sector, and the region's business parks are becoming competitive with others elsewhere. Vacancy levels for high-quality buildings are now around the same as in other parts of the UK, and most of the available space is of poor quality. There is now a need for speculative development to meet demand.
