Information Technology can be used to enhance presentation work for clients and Microsoft graphics software package, PowerPoint, enables the user to use a variety of effects. A surveyor can use a scanner so that photographs can be incorporated into slides in the presentation. The user must ensure that the work is presented in a clear methodical way and the layout is not too complicated. Handouts could be used to explain what has been presented in more detail. The Powerpoint package uses wizards to help the user obtain the best results.
