Article Abstract:
The commercial property market in Hatfield, England, has been slow to develop because it is not as recognizable a location as other parts of Hertfordshire. There is a healthy interest in potential development sites and there is little stock left in the industrial and office sector. Developments in the pipeline include Jarvis Commercial Developments' 1.2 ha site at nearby Welwyn Garden City, with phase one due to begin at the start of 1998.
