Take a lesson from a wounded tiger
Article Abstract:
The economic recovery began slowly in 1992 and has always caused experts and the public to feel uneasy. The recovery continued until the economic crisis experienced by Pacific Rim countries that began in Jun 1997. There is also concern about the technological changes that began in the 1960s but did not impart a major impact until the 1990s. The real estate industry must evaluate the economics of their development and investment projects and not rely on their technologically sophisticated financial instruments.

Condemned to repeat history
Article Abstract:
The dismissal of experienced and sophisticated real estate professionals has adversely affected the industry by depriving it of consistent leadership. The pursuit of efficiencies is an oft-heard reason for US business' merger and acquisition activity. There are probably other reasons, not necessarily sound, for that activity.
