Investment Property Databank (IPD) has analysed the 20 top performing funds. They had a 3-4% higher than average investment and turnover levels and had 9% more exposure to growth areas such as retail warehouses, provincial industrials and other leisure, agricultural and residential uses. More funds were moved and the top 20 had lower void rates.
