To feast from famine
Article Abstract:
The rents for retail space in Manchester, England, have risen to 200 pounds sterling per sq ft due the very high demand. Some 2 million sq ft of new space is about to be released for occupation which agents hope will help to fulfill some of the demand. A number of well-known stores have already planned to move into either the Shambles West or The Triangle schemes. Some of the retailers are looking for space of more than 5,000 sq ft yet many of the outlets are only between 1,500-2,000 sq ft in size.
