IT system lightens the load for T5 inquiry inspectors
Article Abstract:
The Livenote transcription system is being used at the planning inquiry into plans for a fifth terminal at Heathrow Airport. The inspector can obtain an almost instantaneous display of the transcript of the dicussions held during the course of the inquiry, and key areas of evidence can be highlighted. The system will considerably reduce the length of time required for the inquiry to make its final report.
