Actress Anne Haddy showed an interest in acting from an early age. She worked in the book room of Adelaide University, Australia, but also acted in radio plays and schools broadcasts. She subsequently developed a successful career in the theatre and on radio. One of her most significant stage roles was as Sheila Larkin in 'Hostile Witness.' She later appeared in a number of Australia's leading television serials, and became particularly well known as Helen Daniels in 'Neighbours.'
