Christopher Dean
Article Abstract:
Architect Christopher Dean studied at the school of architecture at Liverpool University, England. He spent his National Service as a radio operator in the Middle East, and then joined the London County Council Architect's Department in 1953. He joined the practice of Lyons, Israel, Ellis in 1957, becoming a junior partner in 1962. He formed Christopher Dean Associates with his wife in 1975, and also taught at the Bartlett School at London University, in the US and at Glasgow, Scotland.

Dale Owen
Article Abstract:
Architect Ivan Dale Owen studied at the Welsh School of Architecture between 1941 and 1943. He completed his professional training in Cardiff, Wales, after serving in the Royal Artillery during the second world war, and then worked in London, England, and for the Development Corporation in Cwmbran, Wales. He studied in the US, where he came under the influence of Walter Gropius. He joined the Percy Thomas Partnership in 1958, becoming a partner in 1964.
