Dead stars walking
Article Abstract:
The families of dead actors and actresses are usually very attracted to the idea of being able to see that person appear on screen again, according to Global Icons and VCP founder Jeff Lotman. These companies have been able to develop technology allowing a complete digital 3-D model of the head of a dead actor or actress to be built up. This is then superimposed on to film. Lotman hopes that it will eventually be possible to make whole films using dead actors and actresses.
