Flash Gordon
Article Abstract:
Chef Gordon Ramsay has attracted a great deal of media attention because of his outspokenness, but he does not wish to be regarded as a celebrity chef. He believes that he is able to control his temper, and feels that he only becomes angry when it is really necessary. He wishes everything that his kitchen produces to be perfect, and aims to win three Michelin stars, which would indicate that he is one of the best chefs. He emphasizes that when he is critical of his staff, he never refers to their personal lives.

Leader of the pack
Article Abstract:
There is little room for sentiment in country life, according to Master of Foxhounds Hugo Busby, who hunts with the Portman Hunt in Dorset, England. He believes that those who hunt foxes are generally perceived in the UK as being cruel and barbaric. However, he does not feel that there is anything wrong with fox-hunting, which he regards as being vital to the natural balance of the countryside. He emphasizes that the hounds do not tear apart the foxes they catch.

A vintage performance
Article Abstract:
Novelist and playwright Sir John Mortimer believes that he has inherited a great deal from his father, including his literary tastes, his stoicism and his glaucoma. He is a socialist, but does not believe in the need to follow working class tastes. His view is that life should be enjoyed, whatever your political beliefs. He finds being old depressing, and regrets the fact that he has little time left to write a truly great play.
