Gregor von Rezzori
Article Abstract:
Writer Gregor von Rezzori grew up in an aristocratic family in a remote area of Austro-Hungary where there were many different cultures and languages. He had an English governess, and then studied at university in Vienna, Austria. His novels all bear traces of the unstable political environment in which he grew up. His 1981 novel 'Memoirs of an Anti-Semite,' through which he gained international acclaim, first appeared in 1969 as a self-contained chapter in the New Yorker. His autobiography, 'The Snows of Yesteryear,' was published in 1990.

Morris Cox
Article Abstract:
Writer, poet and printer Morris Cox spent six years at West Ham School of Art in London, England, from the age of 13. He then dedicated his life to art, beginning with drawing for advertising agencies. He realized during the second world war that he could not hope for a professional career as a published author, but produced a total of more than 70 books. He formed the Gogmagog Press in 1957, and his books became highly respected for their style and perfection.
