Actor Robert Douglas studied for the stage at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. His first stage role was in 1927 at the Theatre Royal in Bournemouth, England. He first appeared in London, England, in 1928 in 'Many Waters' at the Ambassadors Theatre. His first New York, NY, appearance came in 1929, again in 'Many Waters.' He undertook a wide range of stage work, and also had large roles in films including the 1937 comedy 'Over the Moon' and the 1938 mountaineering drama 'The Challenge.'

Jack Watson

Actor Jack Watson became involved in the world of music halls at an early age. He was performing a double act on the variety stage with his father by the age of 16. He became a physical training instructor in the Navy during the second world war, and also appeared on the radio variety show 'Navy Mixture.' After the war, he had a solo act in variety and on radio, and in 1951 appeared in the film 'Captain Horatio Hornblower.' His first high-profile role was in the 1960 film 'Peeping Tom.'
