How a little red rose can scar you for life
Article Abstract:
Tattooes are fashionable even among women. They are often regretted but removal is unsatisfactory, resulting in scars. They can be cut out or burnt, depending on the size and depth of the tattoo. Over-tattooing with white pigment is temporary as the new pigment fades. Laser treatments cause lumpy hypertrophic scarring. Some cost-conscious health authorities no longer remove tattooes on the NHS. A cooling off period for youngsters wishing to be tattooed would allow them time to change their minds.
