Jeffrey Moss

Songwriter, composer, lyricist, poet and writer Jeffrey Moss was raised in a creative environment. He studied classical music at Browning High School in New York, NY, and during this time began writing tunes and poetry. He graduated from Princeton University in the mid-1960s and became production assistant on the children's programme 'Captain Kangaroo.' He became a very valuable member of the Children's Television Workshop, creating characters such as Cookie Monster and Oscar the Grouch.

Cozy Powell
Article Abstract:
Drummer and composer Cozy Powell began performing in the 1960s with bands like Ace Kefford Stand and the Sorcerers. He joined the second line-up of the Jeff Beck Group in 1971, and subsequently formed Bedlam. He performed with Rainbow for five years, playing on hits including 'Since You've Been Gone' and 'All Night Long.' He joined the Michael Schenker Group at the end of 1980, and in 1982 linked with vocalist David Coverdale in a new line-up of Whitesnake.
