John Coiley
Article Abstract:
Museum curator John Coiley gained a BA and later a PhD in metallurgy at Selwyn College, Cambridge, England. He began his working life at the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority, and then spent some time in industry as a development manager. He joined the Science Museum in London, England, in 1973, and in 1974 was appointed Keeper at the National Railway Museum in York, England. He was a Member of the Board of the International Association of Transport Museums between 1977 and 1991.

Christopher Zeuner
Article Abstract:
Museum curator Christopher Zeuner was born in London, England, in 1945. He qualified as a teacher at Bishop Otter College in Chichester, England, in 1968. He was director of Weald and Downland Open Air Museum from 1974.
