Johnson and temptation's curse
Article Abstract:
A Toronto newspaper has reported that the Canadian sprinter Ben Johnson has again tested positively for drugs. Johnson was stripped of the 1988 Olympic 100 metres gold medal and many records after he was shown to have used steroids by a urine test at the 1988 Olympics. He was also banned for 2 years from the sport. If these fresh allegations prove true, he will be subjected to a mandatory life ban. The 31-year-old athlete originally denied use of steroids in 1988 but later admitted to the Dubin inquiry that he had been using the steroid Stanozolol.
