Just bring us the pieces, ma'am
Article Abstract:
UK restoration firm Plowden and Smith has gained a strong reputation for tackling very challenging projects. Some of its most difficult work has been undertaken for the royal family, especially in relation to the restoration of items damaged in the fire at Windsor Castle in 1992. Anna Plowden, the company's founder, was particularly interested in dealing with fire damage, and often encouraged clients to go against their initial reaction to replace items damaged by fire, rather than having them restored. The firm's 25 restorers often have to be extremely imaginative and invent new techniques.

Article Abstract:
Box-art in all its forms is attracting considerable interest at present. At the top of the scale, collectors will pay vast sums for box-art works by Man Ray, while at the bottom of the scale it is possible to have box-art made cheaply on a market stall. Box-art first emerged in the 1920s, but has been adapted by subsequent generations to the tastes of the particular time.
